Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is an energetic workout that will increase your heart rate and offer you a total body workout by utilizing the water’s natural resistance to help build strength and stamina.
This class offers low and high impact moves to improve cardiovascular health and an abdominal workout to strengthen, tone, and build the body’s core muscles. The class is conducted in shallow water to ensure access for all swimming levels.
Note: There will be no water aerobics class on July 13th or July 27th. As always, we ask that you check the calendar to confirm dates. Thank you.
