Private Parties

The Cabana Club is proud to make available to our current club members our facilities for private events. Facilities available for an event include:
- The clubhouse and kitchen including use of a refrigerator and freezer
- Onsite bathrooms for guest use
- A pergola with certain rental tiers that includes a picnic table and chairs and
- A great tetherball surrounded by open green space for your guests to enjoy

Please Note:
- If you are a school wishing to book the Cabana Club for an end-of-school-year event, we can provide the required insurance and lifeguard certification documentation if needed
- Expected attendance will dictate the number of lifeguards present

Facility Usage
All facilities are available at the start time of your reserved party. There is no early entry to prepare or set up for your party. Additionally:
- Lifeguards must be present any time members or guests are present. A lifeguard fee is included as part of the rental
- Al non-member guests must be counted – event if the do not intend to use the pool
- All guests must have a signed “Hold Harmless” form on file at the club. Please note: If you are a school or non-profit whose event is being hosted at the club with minors in attendance, the minor’s parents must sign the waiver prior to the event – there are no exceptions
Cancellation Policy
- Parties canceled more than seven business days before the party date will receive a full refund minus a 4% handling fee.
- Cancellations received less than seven days before the reserved date can be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee
- No changes can be made within 72 hours of the booked party date
- If the Club closes due to a high AQI (air quality index), the Lessor will first attempt to reschedule the party rental. In the event that is not feasible, the Lessee will be refunded 90% of the paid rental fee
Booking an Event
Please follow the below directions to book a private event at the Club.
- First, check our calendar (found below) to see if the date and time you are interested in hosting your event is available
- Once you have selected an available date, please email cabanaclubrental@gmail.com to confirm availability as there can be a delay in updating our event calendar. Please include the date and time you are interested in, # of people to attend, reason for event (i.e. birthday party, end of school event, etc.) and any other information you feel is important for us to consider when booking your event
- The club Lessor will confirm your event request and send you a link to book your party.
Payments are processed through Member Splash’s secure payment portal.
Remember: You are NOT assured a reservation until you receive a confirmation email that we have received the completed rental application form and deposit/fees.
